- Confirm that the device you have installed the phone tracking app to is registered on your account.
- Send a test SMS from the target device to confirm that it is working.
- Make sure that your target device has access to a WiFi and or data connection.
- Make a test call to confirm that it is still working.
- Delete your call and text message from the target phone.
